A wear test of the mooring chain and a coupled analysis of the floating body and mooring chain are performed. In addition, in severe environments such as ballast tanks, which are exposed to dry and wet cycles, it is also important to predict corrosive damage, and we are conducting research on the coupled analysis of coating damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"816\" height=\"394\" src=\"https:\/\/www-naoe.eng.osaka-u.ac.jp\/naoe\/naoe2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/research1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www-naoe.eng.osaka-u.ac.jp\/naoe\/naoe2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/research1.png 816w, https:\/\/www-naoe.eng.osaka-u.ac.jp\/naoe\/naoe2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/research1-300x145.png 300w, https:\/\/www-naoe.eng.osaka-u.ac.jp\/naoe\/naoe2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/research1-768x371.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 816px) 100vw, 816px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u8239\u8236\u30fb\u6d77\u6d0b\u69cb\u9020\u7269\u306e\u75b2\u52b4\u5f37\u5ea6\u8a55\u4fa1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5916\u6d0b\u3092\u822a\u884c\u3059\u308b\u8239\u8236\u306e\u69cb\u9020\u5065\u5168\u6027\u3092\u9069\u5207\u306b\u8a55\u4fa1\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u306f\uff0c\u8239\u8236\u306e\u906d\u9047\u3059\u308b\u6ce2\u6d6a\u8377\u91cd\u306e\u6642\u523b\u6b74\u3092\u30e2\u30c7\u30eb\u5316\u3059\u308b\u3068\u3068\u3082\u306b\uff0c\u9ad8\u5468\u6ce2\u30d4\u30fc\u30cb\u30f3\u30b0\uff08HFMI\uff09\u30fb\u90e8\u5206\u52a0\u71b1\u3068\u3044\u3063\u305f\u75b2\u52b4\u5f37\u5ea6\u6539\u5584\u6cd5\u306b\u3088\u308b\u5bff\u547d\u5ef6\u4f38\u52b9\u679c\u3092\u30de\u30eb\u30c1\u30d5\u30a3\u30b8\u30c3\u30af\u30b9\u89e3\u6790\u306b\u3088\u308a\u5b9a\u91cf\u7684\u306b\u8a55\u4fa1\u3059\u308b\u5fc5\u8981\u304c\u3042\u308b\uff0e\u75b2\u52b4\u8a66\u9a13\u3092\u884c\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u691c\u8a3c\u3092\u884c\u3046\u3060\u3051\u3067\u306a\u304f\uff0c\u7834\u58ca\u529b\u5b66\u306b\u57fa\u3065\u3044\u3066HFMI\u51e6\u7406\u5f8c\u306e\u7834\u58ca\u73fe\u8c61\u306e\u30e1\u30ab\u30cb\u30ba\u30e0\u3092\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306b\u3057\u3088\u3046\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\uff0e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to properly evaluate the ship\u2019s structural integrity, it is necessary to model the time history of wave-induced loads encountered and to quantitatively evaluate the effect of fatigue strength improvement methods such as high-frequency mechanical impact (HFMI) treatment and partial heating on life extension. In addition, the productivity of shipbuilding work can be improved by machine learning the sound of plasma cutting of steel plates and allowing the AI to determine the appropriate replacement
